Abstract

Doğal süreçler ve insan faaliyetleri etkisiyle değişen iklim, bölge ve ülkeleri etkilemekle sınırlı kalmayıp küresel bir sorun haline gelmiştir. Tarım, hayvancılık, çevre, enerji, ulaşım ve sağlık gibi sektörleri etkileyen iklim değişikliğinin tek bir etkeninin olduğu ve tek bir sonuca neden olduğunu söylemek mümkün değildir.
