As a result of the increasing urbanization in the world and the effects of the city's resource use on sustainability, making cities smart becomes essential. However, the integration of citizens into smart city applications through mobile applications depends on their adaptation to mobile applications. Therefore, mobile application designers should conduct enough research on the users' behavior towards technology acceptance.
