Serbest bölgeler ve dış ticaret ilişkisi: Ege Serbest Bölgesi üzerine bir araştırma

Abstract

Ülkenin karayolu, havayolu, demiryolu ve denizyolu gibi ulaştırma ağlarına yakın yerlerde kurulan, sağladığı teşvik ve avantajlarla ülkenin uluslararası ticaretine önemli derecede katkı sağlayan serbest bölgeler ülke ekonomisi için çok önemlidir. 1985 yılında çıkarılan Serbest Bölgeler Kanunu ile Türkiye’de faaliyette bulunan 18 serbest bölge bulunmaktadır. Kapladığı alanı ve sağladığı döviz girişi ile Türkiye’ye en fazla katkı sağlayan serbest bölgelerden biri olan Ege Serbest Bölgesi bu araştırmanın konusunu oluşturmaktadır. Ege Serbest Bölgesinin 2009 ve 2018 yılları içerisindeki ihracat ve ithalat oranları incelenmiştir. İlgili yıllar içerisinde Ege Serbest Bölgesinden toplamda 5 milyar 120 milyon 250 bin dolarlık ihracat gerçekleştirilmiştir.2019 yılının Ocak-Ağustos ayları içerisinde ithalat ve ihracat hacmi incelendiğinde, 280 milyon 561 bin dolarlık ihracat hacmi ilgili yıl içerisinde en fazla hacme sahip olduğu bilgisine ulaşılmıştır:

Free zones, which are established close to the country's transportation Networks such as roads, airlines, railways and seaways, and which contribute significant advantages to the international trade of the country with their incentives, are very important for the country's economy. With the Free Zones Law enacted in 1985, there are 18 free zones operating in Türkiye. The Aegean Free Zone, which is one of the free zones that contributes the most to Türkiye with the area it occupies and the foreign Exchange inflow it provides, is the subject of this research. Export and import rates of the Aegean Free Zone in 2009 and 2018 were analyzed. In the related years, a total of 5 billion 577 million 110 thousand dollars was exported from the Aegean Free Zone. When the import and export volume was analyzed in January August 2019, it was found that the export volume of 280 million 561 thousand dollars had the highest volume in the relevant year.
